Q: Do men or women talk more?

Im reading this article about how women talk more at home then the men, but when the men go out in public they are the center of attention. Because according to this article You Just Don't Understand: Women and Men in Conversation by Deborah Tannen that is exactly what she talks about. Do you agree?
